Paul and Tammy Sisson opened Lend-A-Hand in 1992 as the first home care agency in Northern Nevada. As pioneers in the industry, their efforts to ensure quality care have reached beyond the workplace to the Nevada State Legislature. Tammy was the leader in legislation to require licensing for all non-medical care providers in Nevada which was passed in 2009. 



Dedicated to meeting the needs of seniors, they developed an online standardized training program for caregivers. iCareSafely.com was launched in 2012 and is recognized nationwide.
