ASSESSMENT
A Lend-A-Hand Senior Services care manager will come to the client location for the initial assessment. The assessment determines an appropriate care plan. The care plan is reviewed by the caregiver to ensure awareness of the client's specific needs.
There is no charge for the assessment.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Quality care is our #1 priority. The client care manager will conduct frequent in-home quality assurance visits to evaluate the care that the caregiver is providing and to ensure client satisfaction.
